Liles Construction handled our insurance claim from start to finish and got us far more coverage than we expected. The work was clean and the communication was excellent throughout.

Our Story 25 years of building,
25 years of building,
still earning it
Liles Construction Group was built on decades of hands-on experience. After 25 years of flipping houses alongside his father, founder Nick Liles had seen nearly every construction challenge a home could present. That background made the path to becoming a licensed General Contractor a natural next step, not just a business decision.
We carry that same work ethic into every project we take on. Quality, clear communication, and fair pricing are not slogans for us. They are the standards our clients have come to expect, and the ones we hold ourselves to on every job, from a bathroom remodel in Germantown to a full home addition in Collierville.
In 2024, we expanded into mitigation and home insurance claims after watching large companies take advantage of homeowners during some of their most stressful moments. We stepped in to change that. As Home Insurance Claim Specialists, we work to maximize your policy coverage while handling repairs in the most proper and least invasive way possible. You should never feel like you are on your own when dealing with a claim.
We are also proud to be an Authorized NuRoof by GoNano Contractor. This treatment extends the life of your existing roof by improving its hydrophobic quality and increasing wind and UV protection. It takes less time, creates less debris, and costs a fraction of a full replacement. For homeowners in the Memphis metro and DeSoto County area who want smart, cost-effective solutions, this is one worth knowing about.
Our services cover a wide range of residential needs: roofing, kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, painting, outdoor living space construction, and general contracting. We serve homeowners across Hernando, Southaven, Byhalia, Counce, Memphis, Bartlett, Arlington, Lakeland, Collierville, and Germantown.
We are not the biggest company in the region, and that is by design. Staying focused means every client gets our full attention, honest answers, and work we are proud to put our name on.

How We Work
What you can count on
Decades of Experience
Over 25 years of hands-on construction work shapes every project we take on. That background means fewer surprises and better outcomes for your home.
Clear Communication
We keep you informed at every stage, from the first walkthrough to the final inspection. You will always know what is happening and why.
Fair, Honest Pricing
We price work to reflect real costs, not inflated margins. Homeowners in the Mid-South deserve straight numbers without the runaround.
Insurance Claim Advocacy
We work directly with your insurance policy to maximize your covered scope before a single nail is driven. Our goal is to protect your payout, not shrink it.
Innovative Roof Treatment
We offer a roof surface treatment that extends roof life by improving water resistance and UV protection at a fraction of full replacement cost. It is a smarter option when full replacement is not yet necessary.
Low-Disruption Mitigation
Our mitigation process is designed to restore your home properly while keeping daily disruption to a minimum. We treat your property with the same care we would give our own.
